Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive our Touchstay digital welcome guide which can be sent either as a text message to the mobile number or email used on booking. This will give you a wealth of information which you can take time to read prior to your visit. You will receive reminders from Touchstay shortly before your stay.
Please call our housekeepers at least two days prior to arrival in order to receive the unique keysafe code for your property. We will also check that we have everything ready for your arrival and deal with any last-minute changes or requests.
