Helm Kent is on the first floor of the Helm Farm complex, reached by an external flight of stone steps. This is a spacious holiday home for 2, or for a family of 4.
The comfortable sitting room has an open wood fire. There is a TV and DVD player, and wireless broadband.
There is one double room and a second bedroom with two children's bunks (3' wide but only 5'3" (1.6m) long). The bathroom has a bath with shower, basin and wc.
The kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a washer /dryer.
Linen and towels are provided. Heating is by electric night storage heaters - the price includes all electricity costs and wood for the fire.
Shared garden with furniture.

Mobile reception is good on some networks.
