flight of stone steps. The comfortable sitting room has an open wood fire. There is a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. There is one double room and a second bedroom with two children's bunks (3' wide but only 5'3" long). The bathroom has a bath with shower, basin and wc. |

Shared garden with furniture. There is a shared payphone. Mobile phones work reasonably well at Helm Farm - although not always so well throughout the Lake District. We regret, no pets |
