Helm Eden is on the ground floor - entrance in the middle of the picture opposite.


There is a living room with open fire, tv and dvd, off which is a modern kitchen. There are two bedrooms - the first is a double room and the second has two full size bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower, basin and wc.

 
You may like to consider booking Helm Mint at a reduced rate when booking any of the other three units to provide an extra bedroom.  
Comfortably furnished with well-equipped kitchen.  There is a cot and a high-chair.
Heating:   night storage heaters and open fire with fuel provided.  The price includes all electricity costs.

Linen and towels are provided.

There is a shared payphone - mobile phones work reasonably well at Helm Farm - not always so well throughout the Lake District.
